Roadkill Remover
In many towns, especially rural ones, roadkill doesn’t clean itself up. This means hiring someone to scoop up raccoons, deer, and the occasional armadillo off highways and local roads. The job involves a truck, gloves, a shovel, and a high tolerance for gore.
It’s dirty, grim, and often thankless. You never know if today’s challenge is a possum or a moose. Some removers claim it’s peaceful work, but most just want better hazard pay—and a lifelong ban on venison.
