#18: Inhumans (2017)
“Marvel’s Inhumans” premiered in 2017 and quickly became one of the MCU’s biggest failures. Critics slammed its weak story, dull design, and lifeless characters. Rotten Tomatoes gave it an 11% rating, calling it “a new low” for Marvel TV.
Metacritic scored it 27 out of 100, reflecting mostly negative reviews. Despite high expectations, the show flopped with both audiences and critics. Poor writing and rushed production were major issues. Marvel canceled Inhumans after just one season. It remains a rare misstep in the studio’s otherwise successful track record.
