A Carnivore Walked the Carpet
Who’s hungry? Well, for those lucky enough to attend the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, there was plenty of meat to go around, and we have Lady Gaga to thank for that. This artist has consistently surprised us on the red carpet with her extraordinary outfits, but nothing will ever top her raw meat ensemble.
Her dress, her headpiece, and even her boots were made from a meat-based material. Thankfully, no actual animals were harmed on the carpet. And guess what? The incredible wardrobe wasn’t discarded after the event; instead, it was preserved in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in the “Women Who Rock” exhibition.
