When Your Cat Wants to Share the Cone of Shame
No cat enjoys the “cone of shame.” This dreaded piece of plastic usually follows an unpleasant surgery and causes a great deal of discomfort. But this cat had a completely different plan – it wanted to share the cone with its human and let them participate in the healing process.
Perhaps it just wanted to drag them into misery too. This gesture is both touching and funny, showing how our pets connect with us in their own unique way – even in their pain.
