While there’s no right or wrong time to do yoga, there’s definitely a right place to do it. The activity is designed to connect with inner peace, and it offers an impressive array of benefits. The most notable are heart health, restful sleep, and body pain relief.

However, doing it in the middle of a public subway ride might not be the best call. External distractions are everywhere, as we can see in the photo. While we’re not trying to point fingers here, we hope the girl found a better place and time to get some stretching in.
