Bullmastiff

Despite their large size, Bullmastiffs often act like smaller, more playful dogs. They can sometimes show aggressive tendencies, but with proper training, they become loyal and protective companions. They can get along very well with children, especially if the kids are old enough to confidently handle them.

Bullmastiffs naturally look for leadership from their owners, so it’s important to establish firm and consistent authority from the start.
