One-Way To Antarctica

At first glance, this scene could easily be mistaken for a shot from a movie, but it’s indeed a real-life occurrence. Humboldt penguins were under threat from poachers, and thanks to the swift and effective efforts of conservationists, they managed to move these penguins back to their natural habitat.


Yet, transporting a large number of penguins is no simple feat. When it came to guiding these birds back to their island home in South Africa, the most practical solution turned out to be using a commercial airline.
