Runway Traffic
One glance at this picture is enough to give just about anyone, regardless of their fear of flying, a serious case of anxiety. This scene violates airline safety in numerous ways, and it certainly gives the impression that a disastrous collision is bound to occur.
Thankfully, this isn’t a real-life scenario. It’s actually a composite made up of 400 images, skillfully put together by photographer Mike Kelley. He titled it “Wake Turbulence,” and it showcases all the flights taking off from LAX, Los Angeles’ international airport.
